This Privacy Policy explains how Ad Factory handles information in connection with the website and advertising management platform at myadfactory.net. Ad Factory is currently under active development, and available features may change over time.
1. Information we collect
Ad Factory may process information you provide directly, such as contact information, campaign inputs, lead-form configuration and information submitted through hosted forms. When you connect a supported advertising platform, we may also process account identifiers, authorization tokens and advertising data made available through that provider's API.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate Ad Factory, connect authorized advertising accounts, create and manage requested campaign workflows, display reporting, operate hosted lead forms, maintain security, troubleshoot issues and communicate about the service.
3. Advertising platform connections
Connections to providers such as Google Ads or TikTok Ads are initiated through provider authorization flows. Ad Factory does not ask for or store the password to your advertising account. Access is limited to permissions granted by the account owner and available to the approved application.
4. Tokens and credentials
Authorization tokens and application credentials are treated as sensitive information. Server-side secrets are not intended to be exposed to browser code. You may disconnect an advertising account through available connection controls, subject to provider behavior and token revocation rules.
5. Lead form information
If an advertiser uses an Ad Factory hosted lead form, information submitted by a visitor may be processed on behalf of that advertiser. Advertisers are responsible for using collected lead information lawfully and for providing any notices or consents required for their campaigns.
6. Sharing
We do not sell advertising-platform authorization data. Information may be shared with service providers or advertising platforms only as needed to operate requested functionality, comply with law, protect the service, or carry out actions authorized by the user.
7. Data retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the platform. Retention periods may vary by data type and provider requirements.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect data, including HTTPS for the public website and server-side handling of sensitive integration credentials. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices
You may stop using the service, disconnect supported advertising accounts, or contact us about privacy questions. Provider-side permissions can also be managed through the relevant advertising platform where supported.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Ad Factory develops. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
